Day Two at CRRA’s 50th Conference & Trade Show kept the momentum going!
We kicked off Monday with an inspiring keynote from Anne Therese Gennari, whose message of climate optimism set the tone for the day.
From there, we celebrated excellence across our community with the CRRA Awards, dove into impactful sessions, and connected over Technical Council lunches.
We wrapped up the evening with toasts and great conversations at the Exhibitors Reception. It was the perfect close to a full and energizing day.
And now Tuesday is underway, ending tonight with the always‑unforgettable NCRA Players, open to the public. If you’re in San Diego and in the mood for a one‑of‑a‑kind show (followed by a dance party!), stop by and join the fun.
We’re loving every minute here in sunny San Diego as we celebrate CRRA’s 50th!

What a kickoff to CRRA’s 50th Conference & Trade Show!
Sunday was the perfect start to what will be an amazing event.
We opened with a dynamic CalRecycle Deputy Director panel, followed by a thoughtful Policy Roundtable that sparked big conversations for the year ahead. From there, attendees gathered for a beautiful Welcome Reception and closed the night with a crowd‑favorite, the Trashy Sing Along, proudly sponsored by R3 Consulting Group and Zabble.
It was a phenomenal start to what’s shaping up to be an unforgettable week. If you’re here in sunny San Diego, we’re thrilled to have you celebrating this milestone with us.
Let’s make CRRA’s 50th conference one to remember. 💚♻️
