We rescue surplus food and turn it into weekly nourishment for families. Every box reflects our belief that healthy food is a right, not a privilege.

Amazing program today at 1195 Centre Street, West Roxbury!

Please come before 3:30 PM. We have beautiful homemade meals with brisket and green beans, minestrone soup, and phenomenal grocery boxes with produce from Boston Food Hub and Fair Foods.

One box per car while supplies last.

Food is always free at RFC. Please come!

We are excited to announce a new collaboration between Roslindale Food Collective, Community Meal Prep Club and the New Mission Community Refrigerator run by Full Future Initiative — an incredible organization powered entirely by high school students feeding the community.

Roslindale Food Collective was recently awarded a City of Boston Small Community Grant through the Samuel H. Hudson Trust Program to help support this work.

The grant funding will allow us to purchase locally grown and culturally relevant produce that will be used by Community Meal Prep Club volunteers to prepare fresh, home-cooked meals for the New Mission Community Refrigerator.

These meals will then be distributed directly to community members experiencing food insecurity.

This Sunday’s meals include:
• Beef Brisket with Roasted Potatoes and Green Beans
• Three Bean Pasta Minestrone Soup with Grated Parmesan

We are deeply grateful to the City of Boston for investing in grassroots community partnerships and food justice initiatives.
