Have you or your mother, sister, or daughter ever been diagnosed with ovarian cancer? If yes and you are also 18 years of age or older and can read English, we want to hear from you! Please participate in our research by completing a 15-20 minute anonymous online survey! Men and women are both invited to participate. We are investigating ovarian cancer, family history of ovarian cancer, and genetic testing. We are hoping to better understand the experiences of people with ovarian cancer or a family history of ovarian cancer, regardless of whether or not they have been offered or undergone genetic testing. The results of this study could help us learn how to better take care of families with ovarian cancer in the future. This study is being conducted as part of a Master’s thesis requirement by a student in the Department of Genetic Counseling at the University of Arkansas for Medical Science and has received IRB approval.
