Today is the FINAL DAY for tournament registration payments and donation item drop-offs for our Bo’s Balls Benefit Golf Tournament.

If I have not yet received your:
🏌️ Team payment
🎁 Auction or raffle donation items

please make sure they are turned in to me by 5:00 p.m. TODAY in person OR using one of the avenues already explained in previous posts. If you have already reached out to me today, I have seen your message and will be in touch.

Today is the official cutoff so we can finalize team counts, organize tournament materials, prepare auction and raffle items, and make sure everything is ready to run as smoothly as possible on tournament day.

⛳️ IMPORTANT TOURNAMENT UPDATE *** PLEASE READ 💙

First and foremost, we want to thank everyone who has shared, donated, volunteered, sponsored, and committed to playing in the “Bo’s Balls” Benefit Golf Tournament. The amount of love and support for Bo, Kiley, and the Pennington family has been incredible.

That being said, we are getting very close to tournament day, and in order for this event to run smoothly and successfully, we NEED everyone to follow through on the commitments they’ve made.

If you have committed to:
🏌️ Play in the tournament
🎁 Donate raffle or auction items
💵 Sponsor a team
🙋 Volunteer during the event

please make sure all payments, registrations, and donated items are turned in by Thursday, May 28th to the organizer Danae Clayton

We are also still actively looking for:
✅ More four-man teams
✅ Auction & raffle donations
✅ Volunteers for tournament day

Volunteers are especially needed for:
🎟 Selling raffle & 50/50 tickets
📝 Player check-in activities
🛍 Silent auction assistance

Many people have generously offered to help, and now is the time to step up and make good on those promises so we can make this event everything it deserves to be.

We truly cannot do this alone. Every team registered, every donated item, every volunteer, and every share matters more than you know.

All proceeds from the tournament go directly toward helping the Pennington family during this difficult time, allowing them to put their focus on what matters most...Bo’s recovery and health. 💙🫶

💙 Friendly Reminder About Tournament Registration ⛳️

We’ve had a few questions come in, so we wanted to help clarify a couple things regarding our “Bo’s Balls” Benefit Golf Tournament.

While the tournament is being held at the West Richland Golf Course, the golf course is serving strictly as the venue for the event. The tournament itself is being organized and managed independently by the event organizer, Danae Clayton.

Because of this, ALL:
🏌️ Team sign-ups
💵 Tournament payments
📋 Registration forms
❓ Questions regarding the event

need to go directly through the tournament organizer, not through the golf course itself. Please see the previous posts regarding avenues of contact.

In addition to a fully completed and signed registration form, payment is also due at the time of sign-up in order to secure your team’s spot in the tournament.

We truly appreciate everyone’s excitement, support, and willingness to help make this event successful for Bo, Kiley, and the Pennington family. We kindly ask everyone to help us by following these directions so things can run as smoothly as possible leading up to tournament day.

Join us for the “Bo’s Balls” Benefit Golf Tournament on June 6th, 2026 at the West Richland Golf Course as we rally together to support Bo, Kiley, and the Pennington family during Bo’s recovery.

💲 $125 per player | $500 per team
🕘 Check-in starts at 9:00 a.m.
⛳️ Tournament begins at 10:00 a.m.

Each player will receive:
