Please join us in congratulating Boys & Girls Club of Truckee Meadows as this year's recipient of the Meri L. Shadley Community Partners Award.

This award recognizes outstanding contributions to behavioral health workforce development, and BGCTM exemplifies that commitment. For 50 years, their work has strengthened family systems and supported young people across our region through education, empowerment, and community resources.

BGCTM was one of the first site partners of the Community Behavioral Health Collaborative, providing hands-on clinical training placements for behavioral health students and early career professionals in a real-world, community-based setting. Anne Garlow, Tina Drudi, and Gary Durant have always brought dedication and creativity to that work, consistently thinking outside the box to meet the needs of Club kids and their families. Anne's passion shines in every interaction, and when challenges or new ideas arise, she is always ready with a solution.

We are grateful for this partnership and the lasting impact it continues to create in our community.

Debbie has been a constant, caring presence in the CASAT family for over two decades. We are so grateful for everything she brought to her work and to the students, colleagues, and communities she supported along the way. Wishing her all the best in this next chapter. Congratulations, Debbie!

When Debbie Leone began her career with CASATunr more than 20 years ago, we were navigating flip phones, Crocs, and the early days of Facebook. At CASAT, Debbie helped students navigate something far more important...coursework, career pathways, and meaningful service in their communities.

After more than two decades with the CASAT, Debbie is retiring from her role as Academic Administrative Assistant, where she mostly supported undergraduate students as an enrollment advisor.

Across every role she held, Debbie brought care, patience, and steady support to the students, faculty, and staff around her. Her impact is felt in classrooms, careers, and communities across Nevada and beyond.

Thank you, Debbie, for more than 20 years of dedication and student support. You will be missed.
