Don't Miss This One-Share! FRIDAY 5:30 till 7, our Rural Development Think Tank has invited our local Dixie Well, Geologist, Don Watson. Also Riverkeeper, Henry Jacobs. Both are very knowledgeable and will help us with precise wording as we ask for baseline and ongoing monitoring of our community resources. Next Week April Loftin, County Chair elect will join us. Our Rural Development discussions have put together some ideas of how the County can help protect our citizens and land owners from some of the negative impacts of changes we know are coming. Data Centers, International Business Parks, and the Inland Port are already being developed here in Troup County. We have invited our new County Chair and have made contact with the Riverkeepers on expanding water testing. Come join us Fridays, 530 to 7 at Bethel Methodist on Bartley Webb road near Kia.
