The 2026 Cuming County Fair is officially over, but we definitely can’t forget to thank all of the hardworking CCHS members and other volunteers who sit in the buildings for the 4 days of the fair. It’s because of them that we get to open the museum complex to all of you! Thanks so much!

We had a great meeting tonight! Highlights included LOTS of visitors who brought some interesting items. A group from the unincorporated community of Liberty (Cuming/Burt Counties) presented a quilt made from embroidered squares from the women’s club circa 1935. A beautifully illustrated 1908 plat book of Cuming County was also donated. Thank you all so much! We also did some 4th of July wrap up and fair planning. Looking for more CCHS? We will be at the West Point Farmers Market tomorrow from 8-11am.
