A Story of What Cancer is Really Like….

We need more funds to meet their needs for Christmas and these next few months of their life after Christmas, and I have a surprise family that needs us as well now who has battling breast cancer as well. It’s that time of the year again for Cancer In The Crosshairs we are looking to host 5 to 8 families/individuals on our outdoor retreats in 2025. And I need you in the community to help! Go to the link below and you can nominate a person or family. It’s simple and rules are simple as well.

1. You cannot nominate yourself or someone in your immediate family

2. The person/family must have a cancer diagnosis or finished treatment in the past 2 years

3. Your contact information, phone and email

4. About 10 sentences or more about the person/family. Their interests, dreams, wishlists, and other information that would be helpful in us putting together an outdoor experience that would be unforgettable. As well as more information on the story of their battle and challenges they faced or are currently facing.

We have extended the deadline for submissions until Feb 15th 2025
(Think of us as “Make a wish” but outdoors version)
