On Thursday September 17,John T Kirk VFW post 1828 will be at Hirsch Feed and Farm Supply. We will be taking donations for a nation wide campaign to fund the Defense POW/MIA Personal Accounting Agency. This government's agency recovers and identifies our Missing in Action personnel and ensures they are properly interned to next of kin as appropriate. This agency annually sends out teams world wide but focuses mainly on Europe and Southeast Asia. Due to severe budget cuts the number of missions for 2026-2027 will be reduced by over 50 percent. The donations you make will go to help fund more teams. Help us bring them home.
