Read about the good that Quail Forever and Pheasants Forever in Missouri does on the ground in our state. Your support with memberships and banquet tickets, your participation in the auctions and games at the banquets, and your participation in habitat improvement projects and educational events matter. Thank you!

Today, Pheasants Forever and Quail Forever are celebrating the accomplishments of our team members in Missouri who were honored with the Conservation Organization of the Year Award at the 90th Conservation Federation of Missouri state convention.

In FY2025, PF & QF team members in the Show-Me State delivered conservation assistance on an impressive 129,228 acres statewide, including landowner consultations, prescribed burning, firebreak installation, invasive species treatment, forest management, and other habitat work, conducting 3,088 site visits and working with more than 9,000 Missourians statewide.

Through strong partnerships, science-based conservation, and an unwavering commitment to private lands, Pheasants Forever and Quail Forever in Missouri are making a lasting difference for Missouri’s natural resources and the people who care for them.

“The real success of our work isn't measured in metrics or reports. It is measured on the landscape. This team's dedication, expertise, and relentless work ethic are turning strategic vision into real, meaningful habitat on the ground,” said Andrew White, PF & QF Missouri state coordinator. “I am incredibly proud of the work this team has done and is capable of and greatly appreciate the support and encouragement from our chapters, donors, and partners across the state.”

Join us on March 16th at 6:00 pm for the CRP Basics Webinar to learn more about the USDA Conservation Reserve Program and how to enroll your acres! CRP can help conserve natural resources on your land, provide quality habitat for quail, pollinators, and other wildlife, and provide landowners with annual rental payments for enrolling acres in conservation practices.

Our Farm Bill Wildlife Biologists will be on hand to present general information and answer questions about CRP. If you are interested in CRP and putting conservation to work on your land, join us for our virtual workshop and get technical assistance from our staff! Bring your CRP questions for our biologists!

It's going to be cold on Friday, which is why you should join us at our family friendly QF Banquet at the West Plains Civic Center!

The main roads are clear, and the Civic Center will be warm. It's located at 110 St Louis St, and we will be upstairs in the Magnolia Room. You can preorder your tickets at the link below, get them from a committee member, or purchase at the door.

The doors open at 5:30, and we will be serving a great meal! We will have lots of opportunities to win prizes, including items which the Facebook bots do not like for us to mention. There will be silent auction items and a live auction, a Show-Me Women on the Wing table, and a super interesting educational display from the Scenic Rivers Invasive Species Partnership.

Come out on a chilly evening and support habitat conservation while enjoying an evening of fun with like-minded people who make a real difference for local wildlife.

Join us for the annual Heart of the Ozarks Quail Forever Banquet. The money raised from this banquet supports the Heart of the Ozarks Chapter's habitat work and youth education throughout the year!
