Grande Lagoon

Grande Lagoon Community Association (GLCA) was created to oversee and manage all the common areas and amenities within Grande Lagoon neighborhood.

The Grande Lagoon Community Association (GLCA) is a "Not for Profit" Corporation established to maintain the quality of life for the residents of Grande Lagoon neighborhood. The primary means of influencing the quality of life for Grande Lagoon residents is the maintenance of the common areas owned by the GLCA. These areas include a park, gated tennis courts, a beach with a gated pier, landscaped

islands, and the neighborhood entranceways off Gulf Beach Highway. To this end, membership dues have been established: $150.00 for all properties, developed or undeveloped. Owners of one of the 409 properties in Grande Lagoon are eligible to join the Association. Membership in the GLCA is a requirement for rights and privileges to use the amenities within the Grande Lagoon neighborhood.

Public Service Announcement

Just a heads-up to everyone in the neighborhood: our personalized soft-sided YETI cooler was stolen right off the front driveway after we finished unloading. It was left unattended for maybe 10 minutes. The thief left the other coolers behind and only took the personalized YETI.

This happened on Chanticleer Dr.

Please keep an eye on your belongings, and if anyone happened to see anything suspicious or comes across a personalized YETI cooler, please let us know. Stay vigilant!

The repair work has been completed, and both areas are now accessible. Thank you for your patience and cooperation during the closure while the necessary repairs were made.

This is a friendly reminder that the move to the smaller storage unit will take place tomorrow, March 14 at 10:00 a.m. at Extra Space Storage, located at 5598 Iaca Ave. The new unit is right around the corner from the current one, with no stairs and only a short walking distance.

Also, please note that the HOA Board Meeting will be held on Thursday, March 19 at 6:00 p.m. The agenda is attached should you want to attend.

The new unit is right around the corner from the current one at Extra Space Storage, 5598 Iaca Ave. There are no stairs involved, and the walking distance is very short.

The move will take place on March 14 at 10:00 a.m.
