Have you heard about the incredible Frame Running event happening in our beautiful county? 🙌 We're inviting people of all ages with neurological disorders such as Cerebral Palsy, Spina Bifida, Stroke, Parkinson’s Disease, Traumatic Brain Injury, Etc. to come and experience the joy of Frame Running! 🎉

My 1 year Tae Kwon Do journey. Over the past year I have been using Tae Kwon Do to increase my strength and endurance. With every, kick, punch, sit-up I am stronger today than I was a year ago.
