In our Young Warriors Who Win group social at Palm Beach Lakes with AVDA AVDA, students chose to make posters to hang around their school for Domestic Violence Awareness Month. At our Young Warriors Who Win Lunch and Learn, mentees and their program coordinator pulled up chairs, shared a meal and tuned in to each other. When young people feel heard, confidence grows, and listening is where mentorship begins. No stage, no spotlight, just a table full of people who care.

Students are leading the conversation. Will you join it? 🙌

Here, a High School E-board member talks with other high school students about YEP programs, shares personal experience, and encourages them to get involved. Youth voices make our work stronger, and adults and organizations can help too. Mentors, guest speakers and partners all play a role in supporting youth ages 13 to 22 across Palm Beach and St. Lucie Counties.

College readiness was on the agenda today at Palm Beach Lakes. 🎓

Ms. Meeks from Trio visited our Teen Leadership students to present on College Readiness, giving them a look at what it takes to prepare for the next chapter.

Teen Leadership prepares students for life after high school with core topics like financial literacy, college readiness, entrepreneurship, and soft job skills.

Before you can tell the world who you are, you have to know it yourself. ✍️

In session 2 of Teen Leadership at Bear Lakes, students are identifying their values, skills, and interests to shape a personal brand statement.

Sharing those statements with each other builds a skill that matters well beyond the classroom: communicating who you are with confidence.
