Mentorship changes perspective and perspective changes everything 💛

One of the girls in our Young Women Who Win program shared:

“One thing that has been really helpful for me during my mentoring sessions is learning how important it is to be intentional with my growth and not just go through the motions. We’ve talked a lot about accountability, self-discipline, and setting clear goals for myself, and that shifted my mindset. Instead of doubting myself or waiting until I ‘feel ready,’ I’ve been working on showing up consistently — even on the days I don’t feel as confident.”

This is what mentorship does 💛
It reminds a young woman she doesn’t have to grow alone.

In our Young Women Who Win group session, we talked about the thoughts we don’t always say out loud. We took time to recognize those limiting beliefs and what they’ve been doing to us and then took the first step to break them down because you can’t grow past something you don’t face.
