We are excited to announce our newest Artist in Resident . He will be joining us starting in June. Spike has been very active within the art collective for a while. He has been embedded into the family already. Stay tuned for some great stuff from him soon

Bio: Spike Dean Mick is a mixed-media artist that combines organic abstraction and portraiture in his work. Spike’s projects serve as a manner of self-exploration from concept to completion, and can be found exhibited in South Florida galleries, collective events or worn on someone’s back in the form of his painted leather and bleached clothing pieces. With robust use of color most prevalent in Spike’s oil paintings, his work reflects a curious mind with bizarre, skillful abstract line work to communicate it. Spike’s collection explores themes of identity and experimentation, drawing inspiration from memories and feelings that cannot be explained in words.
