Please help us welcome back the 1032 Crew! 💙🚒 Formerly known as the ZAZ Squad, this incredible team of adults from the Connections Adult Program is returning to the Fire Truck Pull with a new name — but the same team spirit we all know and love.

Last year, they made a HUGE impact, finishing 2nd among all teams in fundraising. 👏 And they’re already off to a strong start this year — the 1032 Crew is currently leading the pack as the event’s top fundraising team! 🔥

Every dollar they raise supports Connections Education Center and the programs and opportunities we provide for children and adults with autism.

Back to school! 📚 We are so thrilled to have everyone back!

For adults with autism, hands-on experiences like this are an important part of building greater independence and developing skills that can carry over into employment and everyday life.

Our Connections Adult Program (CAP) adults headed to the store to help get the Connections School Store ready for the new school year — and they were involved every step of the way.

From shopping for snacks and scanning items at checkout to calculating store prices, organizing inventory, and stocking the shelves, our CAP adults practiced money management, decision-making, organization, teamwork, and workplace responsibility — all in a real-world setting.

And now they get to see the result of their hard work as students and staff shop the store throughout the school year. 🩷💙💚

And just like that…we’re back! Today marks the first day of a brand-new school year at Connections, and we couldn’t be happier to have our classrooms, hallways and campus filled with our students again. Here’s to a year filled with learning, growth, new experiences, friendships and plenty of milestone moments.

Yesterday, our halls were full of familiar faces, new beginnings and plenty of excitement as we welcomed our Connections families back for Open House! 🩷💙💚
Students had the chance to find their classrooms, meet their teachers and get a little more comfortable with what’s ahead.

Now the classrooms are ready, the teachers are ready…and we can’t wait to welcome our students back for another incredible year at Connections! 🎒✨
