Young Marines of the Palm Beaches The Young Marines, a youth education and service program for boys and girls is the focal point for the U.S. Marine Corps' Youth Drug Demand Reduction efforts.

An after-school and weekend program for kids, ages 8-18, who want to be part of a group that teaches teamwork, leadership, and discipline, go camping, earn a uniform, go on trips, earn awards, march in parades, and more. The program focuses on character building, leadership, and promotes a healthy, drug-free lifestyle. Character building is one of the most important objectives of the Young Marine

program and all of its activities emphasize the importance of honesty, courage, respect, loyalty, dependability, and a sense of devotion to God, country, community, and family.
