We provide the resources and support for a successful transition. Our objective is to help veterans find their purpose. Hopelessness, addiction, and seclusion prevent veterans from thriving in the civilian sector. We fight hopelessness through community service that gives vets a sense of accomplishment. We connect veterans to a strong support system of mentors and fellow warriors. We provide the r

esources to guide veterans on the road to recovery. Reconnected with their community, our veterans are living fulfilling, purposeful, and peaceful lives.

This week, our team had the honor of building a wheelchair-accessible ramp for disabled Navy Veteran Roger Clark, helping provide safer and easier access to his home. Roger proudly served aboard the USS Boxer (CV/CVA/CVS-21, LPH-4) during the historic Cuban Missile Crisis, standing ready during one of the most critical moments in our nation’s history.

For decades, Roger answered the call of duty. Today, it is our privilege to answer his.

Miguel B. FranciscoMendez truly went above and beyond to make this mission a success. We’re grateful for your service, Miguel. Our community is better with your support.

Our Founder Jake G Hampu brought his son Caden to help with the installation. He was giving orders and tightening bolts.

What an incredible day at the Fourth Annual Unified Veterans Disc Golf Tournament & Honoring of Heroes!
On behalf of Unified Dream, we want to extend our deepest gratitude to everyone who helped make this event such a tremendous success. Thank you to all of the players, volunteers, city officials, artists, first responders, veterans, sponsors, and community members who came together to support our mission and honor those who have served and sacrificed.
The day was filled with patriotism, camaraderie, friendly competition, remembrance, and celebration. From the memorial dedication to the stories shared, the laughs exchanged, and the bonds strengthened throughout the day, every moment reflected the very best of our community.
Events like this are only possible because of the incredible people who step forward to give their time, talents, and support. Your commitment to honoring our heroes and supporting veterans navigating the obstacles of reintegration means more than words can express.
Thank you for standing with us, remembering those we have lost, celebrating those who continue to serve, and helping us build a stronger veteran community. We are humbled by your support and already looking forward to next year.

Grateful to the Village of Royal Palm Beach, Florida for hosting such a beautiful and meaningful Memorial Day service. The tribute was powerful, and a reminder of the true cost of freedom.

The Fourth Annual Unified Veterans Disc Golf Tournament & Honoring Heroes is adding up to be our best and most rewarding event yet.

A live national anthem with the support of the Palm Beach County Fire Department, an incredible players pack, a Helicopter fly over by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Department, Military Honors, Live music from Spred the Dub, tribute signs dedicated to fallen heroes all over the park, a huge raffle, custom trophies/plaques and more.
