Yesterday Related Companies and The Square West Palm spent the Day at PAL! They started off with a deep cleaning of our bathrooms, kitchen, and outside area and organized our donated books for our reading nook! Afterwards they invited Christine Sylvain with Path to College to give our students a Teen Talk about her story and the importance of a higher education. Then if was time for Cooking with a PAL! They brought in Pizza and ice cream Ingredients to cook with the children and get to know them more. Then we ended the day with a stay sober field day! The students played our stay sober games and won prizes and gift cards to take home.

Yesterday was our first day back! After an amazing summer we opened our doors to our registered students for an afternoon full of programs. After we had a quick orientation about rules and expectations, we gave way to Resource Depot for some fun and relaxation through art!

Friday we had an amazing time with skills camp! We were fortunate to collaborate with Salvation Army, and pleasant city Youth Empowerment Center. After a motivational speech encouraging our youth to aim high and take measurable steps to achieve their goals, the kids geared up for a skills and drills session before they played a great scrimmage. It is always a pleasure collaborating with our community partners that provide avenues for our youth to achieve greater standards.
Thank you to for working with our community. Thank you Salvation Army for hosting us in your facilities, and thank you to and Pleasant City Youth Empowerment Center for collaborating with us on this event. This is only the beginning 🏀

Yesterday we had an amazing Field Day in partnership with The Salvation Army Northwest Community Center. After a few field activities and lunch, our teams came to the gym for a basketball game with a wonderful performance from our Royal Diamonds Dance team 💎Celebrating CommUnity and collaboration, we are happy to bring our two programs together for the betterment of our youth. Thank you again to Salvation Army for having us ❤️
