🎄✨ Countdown to the Grandview Heights Holiday Party! 🎉

🎁 It’s almost time! Our beloved Grandview Heights Holiday Party is this week, and we can’t wait to celebrate one of our favorite neighborhood traditions with you! These gatherings are at the heart of what makes our community so special—friends, laughter, and plenty of holiday cheer. 💫

🌟 This year’s festivities include:
🎟️ A fun 50/50 raffle and Silent Auction packed with amazing items such as:
💆‍♀️ Gift certificates for spa services
🍵 A charming experience at the Serenity Garden Tea House (thank you, neighbor Audrey!)
🏌️ A golf basket for the sports fans
🥃 An exquisite bourbon basket
🏖️ A two-night stay and dinner at The Tideline Resort (over $2,000 value!)
…and plenty more surprises!

💵 Don’t forget:

Bring cash or use QR codes at the party to purchase raffle tickets!

Please bring a dish and/or drink to share 🍲🍷 — it’s a cherished Grandview tradition that makes the evening even more festive.

Interested in helping? ❤️ We’re still collecting silent auction donations—items, experiences, or gift cards are all welcome! Every dollar raised supports preserving our historic neighborhood.
