Leadership PBC partnered with Pathways To Prosperity - P2P and brought participants together for C.O.P.E. (Cost of Poverty Experience), an interactive simulation designed to deepen understanding of the realities individuals and families living in poverty navigate every day.

By fostering empathy, awareness, and connection, we continue to develop leaders who are better equipped to engage with our community’s most pressing issues.

The Engage Health & Human Services session day explored the complex emergency needs facing Palm Beach County and what it takes to move beyond the sirens to meaningful, coordinated care.

Class participants heard from healthcare providers, nonprofits, and community leaders about how our systems work together during a crisis and how partnerships can improve access, continuity of care, and outcomes for individuals and families. The day sparked important conversations around innovation and action, and where our community can connect to the right care and support when they need it most.

We’re accepting nominations for charities serving:

GROWING TOGETHER. LEADING TOGETHER.

The Leadership PBC GROW Class of 2027 kicked off their journey Saturday with an opening retreat at the Florida Atlantic University Ropes Challenge Course!

Through a series of hands-on challenges and team-building exercises, the class put leadership into action practicing trust, communication, collaboration, encouragement, and the importance of supporting one another.

The challenges weren’t just about completing the course. They were about learning how to rely on one another, recognize each person’s strengths, and move forward together.

What a great way to begin the GROW Class of 2027 journey. We can’t wait to see where this group goes from here!
