Since 2017, The Leadership Haven Resource Center, LLC, led by Tessie Watts, M.Sc., has been strengthening leaders, boards, teams, and organizations across Florida.

Our work focuses on leadership and organizational development, strategic planning, board development, executive training, and organizational alignment.

Through innovative programs such as our Leadership Simulation Experience™, LeaderColor™, and Think Like a LeadHER™, we create practical opportunities for leaders to strengthen how they think, communicate, make decisions, and lead others.

From boardrooms to government agencies, nonprofits, educational institutions, and community organizations, our work is designed to help leaders and organizations move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and impact.

Our belief is simple: Stronger Leaders. Stronger Organizations. Stronger Communities.
