𝗪𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚 𝗪𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐁𝐞𝗪𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐏𝐁𝐂 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬!

This past weekend was a beautiful reminder of the power of connection, community, and collective care.

💖 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐁𝐨𝐧𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐞 welcomed 30 women to 𝐀𝐦 𝐈 𝐌𝐲 𝐒𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫'𝐬 𝐊𝐞𝐞𝐩𝐞𝐫?, an inspiring evening of faith, encouragement, and sisterhood where women gathered to uplift and support one another.

🧡 𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐲, we had the honor of attending the 𝐇𝐨𝐩𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐑𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐞 – 𝗪𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐎𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞, standing alongside survivors, families, advocates, and community members to honor lives impacted by gun violence and promote peace, healing, and hope.

🎨 𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐉𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐩𝐡 hosted 25 women at 𝐏𝐨𝐳𝐞' & 𝐏𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭, creating a space for women to relax, recharge, connect, and express themselves through art, fellowship, and meaningful conversation.

These gatherings may have looked different, but they shared a common purpose: creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, connected, and empowered.

Katrina with BeWellPBC had a wonderful time attending the Healthy Minds, Happy Families Fair hosted by BRIDGES of Lake Worth West at The Salvation Army in Lake Worth!

The event brought together families, organizations, and community partners with a shared goal of promoting health, wellness, illness prevention, healthy eating habits, and access to valuable community resources.

always keeps the energy high with great music throughout the day! It was also a pleasure connecting with my vendor neighbor, the Palm Beach County Office of Community Revitalization, and meeting so many residents committed to building healthier, stronger communities.

Events like these remind us that wellbeing starts with connection, education, and access to resources. Thank you to BRIDGES of Lake Worth West for creating such a welcoming and impactful experience for families across our community.

🇺🇸 This Memorial Day, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country.

As we gather with family, friends, and community, may we also reflect on the courage, dedication, and sacrifice that protect the freedoms we cherish every day.

Healing begins in spaces where people feel safe enough to speak, ask, listen, and simply be heard. 💚

Held on Get Your Green On Day Get Your Green On The BeWellPBC Community Connectors were honored to collaborate with Rhonda’s Promise, Inc. “Hey Sistas” Community Conversation led by . Monica Roundtree DNP, APRN-BC, NP-C, and Stafford, LCSW for an evening rooted in honesty, compassion, connection, and hope.

One of the most moving moments of the night was hearing the lived experience and powerful testimony shared by Ms. Ramona Young. Her courage, vulnerability, and truth created space for reflection, healing conversations, and meaningful dialogue around what it takes to move forward together.

The atmosphere throughout the evening welcomed open and honest questions about healing, support, next steps, and how we continue showing up for one another as a community. These are the conversations that remind us that healing does not happen alone, it happens together, in safe spaces filled with empathy, understanding, and love.

Thank you to every person who showed up, shared, listened, and contributed to such a heartfelt and impactful conversation.

Together, we continue building pathways toward wellness, hope, and community healing.
