Palm Beach County Beekeepers Association Bees, honeybees, honey, queen bees, save the bees, association, nonprofit The Palm Beach County Beekeepers Association has been around since 1974.

We meet once a month at Pine Jog Environmental Center on the first Friday of every month. Our meetings are open to the public. We hold workshops, conferences, training and other events to help you learn more about bees and beekeeping.

This is not just a class. You will make your own batch, come back, bottle it, and take it home.

What you’ll get:
• Hands-on instruction from Dr. Matthew Ellis
• Your own fermentation setup (6.5 gallon bucket + airlock)
• Step-by-step guidance from mixing to bottling

👉 Bring your own honey (3–20 lbs depending on batch size)

Spots are limited, and this will fill up quickly.
