Learn practical strategies for living well with diabetes, including healthy eating, menu planning, blood sugar monitoring, foot care, stress management, and more!

Caring for a loved one can be challenging, but you don’t have to do it alone! This evidence-based program provides caregivers with tools to manage stress, communicate effectively, practice self-care, and navigate the challenges of caregiving.

This week the Agency was proud to partner with AARP, Healthier Boynton Beach, and Genesis Community Health at the 2026 Caregiver Conference, themed “Together for Caregiving – Building Stronger Support for Caregivers in Our Community.”

During the event, our Helpline Director, Amy Walker, participated in an impactful panel discussion where she shared vital education and resources with an engaged audience of over 150 local caregivers.

We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with such wonderful organizations to uplift and support the caregivers who do so much for our community.

🚨 SCAM WATCH: REMOTE PATIENT MONITORING 🚨

Medicare fraud can sometimes hide in claims for services you never received. Take a close look at your Medicare Summary Notice (MSN) or Explanation of Benefits (EOB).

🔎 Watch for claims referencing:
• “Remote monitoring” you didn’t receive
• Office visits that never happened
• Services or equipment you don’t recognize

If something doesn’t look right, don’t ignore it! Review your Medicare statements carefully and report suspected fraud.
