What an incredible month of healthy aging! 💙

Throughout September, FoundCare welcomed community members to four Senior Wellness Expos, bringing together helpful information, Medicare guidance, community resources, and opportunities to connect with local organizations dedicated to supporting older adults.

Attendees enjoyed refreshments, educational presentations, and received goodie bags generously filled with items from FoundCare and our event sponsors. And to make the events even more exciting, eight lucky attendees went home with $25 Visa gift cards! 🎉

Thank you to everyone who attended, our dedicated team members, community partners, presenters, and sponsors who helped make these events a success. Together, we're helping older adults stay informed, connected, and empowered to make the best decisions for their health and well-being.
