🏆💙 This is what Partner Appreciation Day looked like at FoundCare.

During National Health Center Week, we opened our doors to honor the leaders and community champions who stand alongside us every single day. From elected officials to community partners to the patients who trust us with their health — this day was for ALL of you.

We were beyond honored to welcome Congresswoman Lois Frankel and so many incredible guests who took the time to visit our Riviera Beach location and see firsthand the work we do for this community.

Population Focus Day is all about meeting our community where they are and today we did just that. Our medical and dental mobile units headed to First Haitian Baptist Church today to provide free physicals, dental education, and school supplies to ensure every child walks into the new school year healthy and ready to thrive.

We were so touched to have Ben Browning from FACHC and Leah Beavers from HRSA stop by to show their support. Their presence is a reminder of why community health centers exist and why they matter. 💙

Thank you to Pastor Morena and First Haitian Baptist Church for welcoming us, to every partner and organization that stood alongside us, and to every family that trusted FoundCare with their health today.

🎪💙 A Carnival of Care came to Palm Springs and what a day it was!

Last Saturday our Palm Springs location was filled with smiles, energy, and community spirit as we hosted our second Back-to-School Health Fair of the summer. Hundreds of children and families came out and we showed up for every single one of them!

Today marks the official launch of National Health Center Week (August 2–8), a nationwide celebration of the vital role community health centers play in keeping our communities healthy, strong, and thriving. Events like these are a perfect reminder of why health centers matter — ensuring that every child, regardless of their background or insurance status, has the opportunity to start the school year healthy and ready to learn. 💙
