Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies Coalition of Palm Beach County is a nonprofit organization improving birth outcomes through the compassionate and equitable delivery of early prenatal care, education, and support for all pregnant women across our communities.

Did you hear? Stronger Together Doula Support is growing!
Training and certification opportunities are open now for all women in Palm Beach County.

🩷 Visit hmhbpbc.org/doula and submit your application by September 11, 2026 to be considered for the next cohort.

Cohort members must:
💙 Be a resident of Palm Beach County
💙 Pass a Level II background screening
💙 Observe/participate in a minimum of two sponsored births
💙 Complete an Independent Contractor agreement

Training and education provided by HMHB Certified Doulio trainers and includes:
💛 Birth and Postpartum Doula Training
💛 Breastfeeding & Infant Feeding Support
💛 Maternal Mental Health
💛 Substance Use & Recovery Support
💛 Business & Entrepreneurship for Doulas
💛 Medicaid & Reimbursement Readiness
💛 Child Abuse & Neglect

Did you know has a team of certified Breastfeeding Counselors? They offer education, encouragement, support, and connection to ensure your breastfeeding experience is a successful one.

Certified Breastfeeding Counselors are available to meet virtually or by phone during business hours on Monday-Friday from 9am-4pm. Call 561-665-4500 to get connected!

Happy ! Today and everyday, we celebrate the dedicated organizations that work together to help our community thrive.

We are so grateful for our nonprofit partners, especially those in the Healthy Beginnings System of Care funded by the Children's Services Council. Together, we provide comprehensive support to pregnant women and new families - quickly, efficiently, and without duplication of services.

We know that no single organization can meet every need of every family. That's why collaboration is vital to our work. Thank you to CSC and Palm Beach County homeowners for your property tax investment that supports healthier families, healthier beginnings, and a healthier community for all.

A portion of each homeowner's property tax in Palm Beach County supports through the Children's Services Council. These dollars are put to work through a variety of programs available to residents across the county.

This includes:
💛 Free education on childbirth, infant CPR, breastfeeding, newborn care, and postpartum recovery for moms
💛 Screening for the early detection and treatment of risk factors that could negatively affect birth outcomes
💛 Care coordination that helps pregnant and postpartum women access early, consistent, and affordable medical care
💛 Referrals and connections to important social services proven to have a positive impact on the health of both mom and baby

We are incredibly grateful for this community investment and see firsthand every day how meaningful it is for families throughout Palm Beach County.
