Two continents, one World Famous run club! Ellen and Al Vargas brought their PBRR gear on vacation (who doesn’t?) and turned heads!

Our PBRR Marathon Trainees attended another great session - this time centering on breathwork techniques and cold plunge. A hearty thank you to our host Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) and Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches for wonderful hospitality and learning!

🏁 There are many ways to reach the Finish Line for our athletes!
