A fresh start begins with the basics because stability is built from the ground up, when someone has access to hygiene, clean clothing, and essential care, they can show up with confidence for work, housing appointments, school, and services. CareBag’s Fresh Start Initiative aligns with this by meeting immediate, practical needs first (dignity, cleanliness, and comfort) so individuals and families have the foundation to pursue long-term change and opportunity.
