Rose Anne Brown Stars, Star Lights Youth Council The Star Lights are the youth auxiliary for the Order of the Eastern Star. The purpose of the Youth Council is to unite girls doing charitable works.

The purpose of the Youth Council is to unite girls ages 6-17 in doing charitable events, while learning the significance of working as a group. The fundamental purposes shall be to teach the beauty and usefulness of the seven circles of light; Truth, Faith, Hope, Justice, Charity, Purity and Love. Activities Star Lights Participate Include:
Community Service, Oratorical, Etiquette workshops, Finan

cial Seminars, Art, Bowling, Parades, Skating, Fundraising, and attending a Youth Session for all Council in the State of Florida (every June). The Rose Anne Brown Youth Council is sponsored by The fabulous Anthony T Stafford 117, Order of the Eastern Star Chapter located in West Palm Beach. The Council meets every 1st Saturday.
