Tonight is going to be POWERFUL! We are excited to come together to honor the history of this holiday and this beautiful neighborhood. Check out this message from one of our featured artists that will be performing live tonight!

“When I think of Juneteenth I think of freedom. Freedom from what was and freedom for today. Remembering those who fought for our right to be free. When I think of Juneteenth I also think of fellowship! Coming together to remind ourselves of how far we’ve come. There’s still a long road ahead but everyday we choose unity we choose a step in the right direction.

Happy Juneteenth Everyone! -De’Leon ❤️💚🖤”

1,000 followers. What a milestone.

As we enter this exciting new chapter for Greenhouse Creative Collective, we want to take a moment to say thank you. Since day one, this organization has been rooted in community, creativity, and connection.

As a grassroots organization, we would not be where we are today without the support, encouragement, and belief of each and every one of you.

Whether you’ve attended an event, shared our work, collaborated with us, volunteered, donated, or simply followed along on our journey, thank you for being part of the story.

We’re excited about what’s ahead as we continue building opportunities through arts, STEAM education, storytelling, and creative collaboration for the next generation.
The best is yet to come. Thank you for growing with us.

Juneteenth commemorates the day when the last enslaved African Americans in the United States learned of their freedom, more than two years after the Emancipation Proclamation was issued. It is a day of remembrance, reflection, celebration, and a recognition of the ongoing pursuit of freedom, justice, and opportunity for all.

We invite you to join us for a Juneteenth Community Celebration as we come together through music, storytelling, rhythm, and connection. The evening will feature live performances by Eudora Sage, De’Leon, and several other talented featured performers that we are excited to share with the community.

Everyone will have the opportunity to participate in a community drum circle and open mic, creating space for musicians, poets, storytellers, and community members to share their voices and talents.

Through the arts, we honor the stories of those who came before us while creating opportunities for new voices to be heard. Whether you choose to perform, participate, or simply enjoy the experience, we welcome you to join us for an evening centered on culture, creativity, community, and celebration.

Our History. Our Voices. Our Future.

Last summer, students in our STEAM Program explored the art of collage by transforming recycled magazines into vibrant flamingo artwork.

Through creativity, problem-solving, and sustainable practices, students discovered how everyday materials can be reimagined into something entirely new.

By incorporating recycled materials into our projects, students learn that innovation often begins with seeing new possibilities in what already exists. Creativity doesn’t always require new materials, sometimes it just requires a new perspective.

We are excited for this summer!!

It’s been a quiet few months… but behind the scenes, something beautiful has been growing. 🌱

Since 2021, Greenhouse Creative Collective has been rooted in creativity, community, storytelling, and connection. To everyone who has supported us, collaborated with us, attended events, shared our work, and believed in the vision, thank you. You’ve been part of this journey from the very beginning.

Today, we’re excited to officially share that Greenhouse is entering a new chapter.

With renewed leadership, new partnerships, and a growing vision, we’re now focused on building opportunities for the next generation through STEAM education, music, storytelling, and creative learning experiences that empower young people to create, innovate, and share their stories with the world.

This is more than a rebrand. It’s a renewed commitment to community, education, creativity, and impact.
We have so many exciting projects, programs, and opportunities on the way, and we can’t wait to share more with you soon. 💛

The Greenhouse is growing.
And we’re so grateful to have you growing with us.
