For over 100 years, Junior Achievement has provided quality financial education to millions of children around the world. Lucie, Indian River & Hendry counties, Junior Achievement reaches nearly 60,000 students each year. Our programs teach students the key concepts of financial literacy, work readiness, and entrepreneurship; crucial life skills for today’s economy. JA educates the next generation

on how to create a budget, stay out of debt, and save for the future. Our work readiness programs teach the next generation how to enter the job market, interview for a job, and most importantly, the skills that are needed to retain that job. Junior Achievement is teaching the next generation how an entrepreneur can bring about powerful economic change in our global economy! Junior Achievement of the Palm Beaches & Treasure Coast reaches students through VIRTUAL classroom programs (K-12), JA BizTown® Adventures and our newest program, JA Inspire! Junior Achievement programs are funded through contributions from businesses, individuals, foundations, and special event fundraisers. Remember the age-old question: "What do you want to be when you grow up?"

High school students across Palm Beach County are asking themselves that exact question right now, and your organization might have the spark that answers it!

We are looking for local businesses, industry professionals, community service groups, and non-profits to bring the excitement to our upcoming JA High School Career Exploration Fairs.

This is not your average, quiet career fair. Our fairs are energetic, interactive experiences where students get to explore real-world career paths, test out equipment, and talk one-on-one with the people actually doing the work.

The recent scholarship luncheon was especially meaningful as students were recognized for their accomplishments and future aspirations. For our VP of Education, Erica Henn, it was a full-circle moment to see one of her former elementary school students receive a scholarship!

We’re looking for local professionals and community members to volunteer at our upcoming JA Elementary Career Exploration Fairs in Palm Beach and Martin Counties.

You’ll spend the morning talking with elementary students about what you do, answering their questions, and giving them a glimpse into the many possibilities that are out there.

No teaching experience needed. Just bring your career story, your enthusiasm, and a willingness to talk with curious kids.

We were honored to be invited to speak at the Rotary Club of Lake Worth Beach to share Junior Achievement’s mission and upcoming projects. A special thank you to President Harry Wolin for the warm invitation!

We loved answering such thoughtful, engaging questions from members on key topics shaping our students' futures, including economic mobility, AI, and the power of early intervention through experiential learning.

Transformational partnerships drive real community impact!

We were thrilled to host interns from The Hand Foundation, Inc. at Junior Achievement HQ as we prepare to launch our newest program, JA BizTown! As a vocal supporter of the project, The Hand Foundation plays a vital role in bringing this immersive financial literacy experience to students across the Palm Beaches & Treasure Coast.

During their visit, these bright future leaders rolled up their sleeves alongside our team. They contributed to event planning for our upcoming JA Career Exploration Fairs and getting an exclusive look at the behind-the-scenes logistics powering JA BizTown!
