BIN NETWORK FOUNDATION INC is a Florida, USA based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to assist the affected person/population in the area of medical, social, academia, food and poverty - across domestic and international audience. before you submit the donate button. Following are our fund raising rules:

1) Any excess amount more than the target fundraising will be used for the next fundraising campaign for BUETIANs or next cause or next BUETIAN patient, or social initiatives or related medical illness for BUETIANs.

2) Non-BUETIAN fund raising would be subject to rigorous background checking and won’t qualify for any advanced payments and higher chance of rejection.

3) Medical charities would only pay expenses related to hospital stay. In case patient or beneficiary passes away, or leaves the hospital, the remaining charity money will go to the next beneficiary.

4) Only essential medical bills which are necessary to keep the patient alive would be covered by charity money. Any home treatment , home improvement , ‘nice to have’ items are non essential.

5) Any misrepresentation on BUETIAN membership or denial of authorization after sending us signed letter would disqualify the beneficiary and obligate the party to return money. Once the beneficiary is disqualified, the money would go to the next charity or beneficiary.

6) Any authorization letter that either mentions BIN or complete name of the nonprofit or name of the any authorized official ( registered members of non profit) should be considered a request to the nonprofit, not to any single or individual person.

7) Any attempt or trial for inflated, non-essential medical bills or invoice will disqualify the beneficiary of the charity. In such case, all charity money would go to the next beneficiary.

8) What are essential and non-essential bills would be solely determined by BIN. Once the charity initiated, all decisions on identifying essential or non-essential bills or any medical coverage amount would be determined by BIN and its decision would be final.

9) BIN would not be liable on delay for any payments, either from Facebook or banks. BIN would not guarantee any time commitment for funds disbursement. They can take from 2-3 weeks to 3/4 months or even more. By continuing charity, beneficiary shall accept this uncertainty and prepare contingency.

10) In case there are any social, political or other kinds of obstacle funding specific project, BIN has the final authority to decide on how that funds would be invested for that beneficiary. This decision may not be aligned with the expectation from the donors or with the goals mentioned in the original charity.
