was founded by senior professional and executive women in Palm Beach County, Florida, to support and advance women in business and community leadership. Today, EWPBF’s membership includes leaders in arts & culture, banking, business, construction, education, finance, government, healthcare, law, marketing, non-profit management, publishing, real estate, utilities, and many other business endeavors

in Palm Beach County. Since 1983, the foundation has contributed to growing the status of and opportunities for girls and women in Palm Beach County. The organization has awarded over 300 scholarships to deserving young women and 20 significant grants to local nonprofit programs that amount to more than $750,000. EWPBF is dedicated to inspiring women personally and professionally for the betterment of business and the community. 💜 Planning for the Year Ahead!

Our EWPB Board of Directors came together Saturday morning for our annual Board Planning Retreat—a morning dedicated to thoughtful conversation, collaboration, and planning for the future of our organization.

We are grateful for these women who generously give their time, talents, and leadership to help guide EWPB and further our mission in the community.

In Memory of Beverly Pope Sears 💜

The Executive Women of the Palm Beaches Foundation joins our community in mourning the passing of Beverly Pope Sears, who passed away peacefully on August 1, 2026.

Beverly served as President of Executive Women of the Palm Beaches from 1988–1989, and her service remains an important part of our organization's history. Her family shared that she was proud of her time as EWPB President, and we are equally proud to count her among the women whose leadership helped shape our organization.

Throughout her career, Beverly held numerous leadership roles across Palm Beach County, including President of Seacoast Utilities, Executive Director of the Northern Palm Beaches Chamber of Commerce, and Operations Manager for Early Childhood Education with the School District of Palm Beach County. She also gave her time generously to the community, including coordinating volunteers during the early years of SunFest in West Palm Beach.

Remembered for her energy, professional excellence, caring nature, and genuine desire to help others succeed, Beverly leaves behind a legacy of leadership and service that extended throughout our community.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to Beverly's family, friends, colleagues, and all those whose lives she touched. We are grateful for her leadership and honored to remember her as part of the EWPB legacy. 💜
