On Sunday, April 12th, the ladies of Rho Gamma Omega hosted a Self-Care Donations Drive at South Valley BBQ & Lounge. We enjoyed fellowship, great food, and meaningful connection while giving back to the community. đź’–

This weekend, the Rho Gamma Omega chapter had a jam-packed schedule filled with meaningful service. On Saturday, our Uplift Our Local Community Committee hosted a donation drive, collecting non-perishable food items in front of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in East Orange.

There will be two more opportunities to donate, so stay tuned and come out to support! Grateful for the continued support that helps us give back and strengthen our community! đź©·

The Advocate For Social Justice Committee of Rho Gamma Omega Chapter, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, invites you to an afternoon of meaningful dialogue featuring authors Elaine Meryl Brown and Rhonda Joy McLean, co-authors of The Next Little Black Book of Success, moderated by journalist and author Natasha S. Alford.

Together, we’ll explore the current moment many are navigating, particularly Black women, as expectations, access, and pathways to leadership continue to evolve. The conversation will be grounded in empowerment, practical insights, and fresh perspectives to help move forward with clarity and confidence.
