It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of one of our Founding Members - Val Feeney. Val is a legend in our club for her dedication and commitment to all things Irish and Community. She will be missed but her Legacy lives on in our on-going commitment to our Irish Heritage.

Our members will be gathering, in Uniform Capes, at 1:45 to enter the wake and pay tribute to our friend at 2:00p.m.

Celebrate the life of Valerie Feeney and join others in sharing memories, stories, and condolences.

Last February at the WO Parade Investiture, I “jokingly” said that the WOIH couldn’t walk in straight lines in a parade. I am officially retracting that statement. Not only can we walk in straight lines, but we do it better than all the other Fraternal Organizations in the NYC St. Patrick’s Day Parade!

Below, Janet O'Keeffe Burke accepts a FIRST PLACE plaque on behalf of the Women of Irish Heritage in the Fraternal Organization category. Gwen Glazier, Michele McCue Shaffer, Colleen Smith Geier, and Kathleen Loria accompanied Janet to the NYC St. Patrick's Day Parade delegates meeting to accept the honor. St. Patrick's Day Parade,

Friends! Please see the following from Terry McHugh

We thought it would be nice if we could gather after work this Thursday April 24th at the Kilkenny for a last drink and say goodbye to a place that has meant a lot to us over the years.
This is nothing formal, if you are available, please feel free to stop by and raise a glass!
I’m sure Michele, Robbie and the Kilkenny staff would appreciate it.
Wishing everyone a Happy and Holy Easter.
