The PLL Safe Space and Resource tent was out and about for CareWell Health Medical Center 100th anniversary block party!
We signed attendees up for free therapy, gave children and families SA prevention kits, and gathered input from women in the community on which services they want to see.

The mission to create a safer world continues.

This year’s Kite Flight included two PLL history-making highlights.

Senator Britnee N. Timberlake presented PLL with a ceremonial $50,000 check, representing state funding from members of the Senate and General Assembly to support our work.

Mayor Ted R. Green presented PLL founder Aziza Kibibi with a proclamation recognizing her advocacy, her journey as a survivor, and her use of her story as a vehicle for change.
Shout out to all the elected officials who joined us for this impactful community event. Your support means a great deal to our work and your partners is instrumental in creating a safer community.

Happy Father’s Day from Precious Little Ladies. 💜

Today, we honor the fathers, father figures, grandfathers, uncles, mentors, and protectors who show up with love, patience, accountability, and care.

We also hold space for those whose relationship with Father’s Day is complicated. For the children still healing. For the adults still learning what safety should have felt like. For the fathers doing the work to become better men, better parents, and safer places to land.

Fatherhood is not just a title. It is protection. Presence. Gentleness. Responsibility. Love in action.

To the dads raising sons and daughters with tenderness, courage, and respect — we see you, we honor you, and we thank you.
