One of the most meaningful parts of supporting Penn State THON and Four Diamonds is knowing that our donations make a difference in the lives of families facing childhood cancer. But so often, we never get to see the impact firsthand or know the families behind the cause.

Recently, our family received a very special reminder of why this mission means so much. ❤️

We were humbled and grateful to hear from a family whose journey was supported by Penn State Health Golisano Children’s Hospital and Four Diamonds. Last week, Owen Vukoder rang the bell, celebrating the incredible news that he is cancer-free! 🎗️🔔

Owen, we are celebrating right alongside you and your family! Your story is a beautiful reminder of why we continue to show up, give back, and honor CJ’s memory through The CJ Waldron Memorial Foundation.

Every donation represents hope, support, and the possibility of more moments like this. We are so grateful to everyone who helps us support Penn State THON and Four Diamonds and the families who need them.

💙 WE DID IT! $36,000 RAISED! 💙

We are so incredibly proud to share that the 5th Annual Tee Off 4 CJ Memorial Golf Outing, held on September 28th, raised $36,000! 🎉

There is something extra special about this number — $36,000 is the same amount we raised during our very first Tee Off 4 CJ. Five years later, we are so grateful to see this event continue to grow and make an impact in CJ’s memory. 💙

We truly could not have done it without the incredible support of our sponsors, golfers, the Rock Spring team, volunteers, friends, and family. Every person who showed up, donated, sponsored, volunteered, or helped spread the word played a part in making this day possible.

We are so thrilled to be able to continue CJ’s legacy by supporting Penn State THON and West Orange PAL. It means so much to our family to be able to give back to these organizations in CJ’s memory.

And if there’s one thing this year taught us, it’s that not even a nor’easter could stop Tee Off 4 CJ! 🌧️⛳️ Even with our delayed start time, you all showed up, stuck with us, and helped make the 5th annual outing one we will never forget.

We are so glad you’re joining us for the 5th Annual Tee Off 4 CJ! 💙 We truly appreciate everyone’s flexibility with the schedule change and are looking forward to an amazing day of golf, laughs, and making memories together in honor of CJ.

🍳 10:30 AM – Registration & Brunch
⛳ 12:00 PM – Sh***un Start
🍖 5:00 PM – BBQ Dinner
🏆 5:30 PM – Recognition, Raffles & Thanks

Have a lunch ticket? You’re welcome to join us for brunch or dinner! If you plan to join us for dinner, please stick around for the raffles, recognition, and thank-yous — that’s when all the raffle fun will take place! 🎟️🎉

🚨 IMPORTANT GOLF OUTING UPDATE 🚨

Due to the weather, we have decided to delay our sh***un start to 12:00 PM tomorrow, Monday, September 28th.

We want to make sure all of our golfers are safe while also giving the Rock Spring staff ample time to treat and prepare the course once the storm system clears, so we can make the round as fun, safe and playable as possible.

The current forecast is showing that the rain should begin to slow down around 11:00 AM, which would be wonderful timing for our 12:00 PM sh***un start. We are hopeful that this gives us the best opportunity to get out on the course and enjoy the day together!

⛳ UPDATED SCHEDULE
10:30 AM – Registration & Brunch
12:00 PM – Sh***un Start
5:00 PM – BBQ Dinner
5:30 PM – Recognition, Raffles & Thanks

Our BBQ dinner will begin after the round, around 5:00 PM. If you purchased a lunch ticket, you are welcome to join us for brunch or dinner. If you join us later for dinner, you’ll still be there in time for the raffle drawings!

We completely understand that this change may not work for everyone and could throw a wrench into some schedules. If you are no longer able to attend or have any questions, please reach out to Paige at [email protected] regarding your options, including a refund.

We will do our best to accommodate everyone who has already registered, and we truly appreciate your patience, understanding and flexibility as we navigate the weather and updated start time.

We can’t wait to see everyone bright and early Monday! Our amazing volunteers will be ready to welcome you, get you checked in, and kick off a very special day in memory of CJ.
