This is the 31st anniversary of the Apple Harvest Run and the iconic race route is not to be missed. Mark your calendars for one of the best autumn races in the region--but this year run on your own, with your small run group or with your family. Situated in the pastoral town of West Newbury, MA, just 10 minutes from beautiful downtown Newburyport. The race includes a 5-mile & 5K and a children’s

1-mile fun run. Join our online virtual community, show your support and post your running selfies. A great way to stay in touch with your running community and give back to the John C. Page Elementary School!

​FREE Apple Harvest Run SHIRTS to the first 500 entrants registered for the 5 mile or 5K events before September 22nd (preferred t-shirt sizes available on first register, first serve basis). All Kids Fun run participants receive a cotton shirt if registered by September 22, 2020. Contact-less tee shirt pick up details to come.

We may be a little late sharing the news, but our gratitude is right on time. 💛

Thanks to our runners, donors, sponsors, and volunteers, the Apple Harvest Run raised $43,000, surpassing our $40,000 goal.

This community makes incredible things happen—and while we’re still thankful for the 2025 success, time doesn’t stop. Planning is already underway for the 37th Apple Harvest Run!

On behalf of your Apple Harvest Run Race Directors and West Newbury PTO Executive Board - THANK YOU! We couldn’t have made this day a success without your support and participation. We are tallying up the final numbers and crossing our fingers that we met our $40,000 goal. We’ll be sure to share all the final details once we have them.

We are already looking forward to next year and hope you’ll join us in supporting the Dr. John C. Page School!

We are so close to meeting our fundraising goal for the Dr. John C Page School. We look forward to seeing the West Newbury community come out and support our fabulous students and staff!

Fun Run Warm Up for the kids starts at 10:40 with Mrs. Wilson @ Bachelor Field.
