TUESDAY, JUNE 2 is another opportunity to find out more about applying for Medicaid, SNAP, LIHEAP and more, the CUMAC Van will be parked in the back of the Presbyterian Church from 10am until noon.

In less than two weeks the WMPC Community Pantry will be packing food bags for our clients...all they need for the same Easter meal you might be planning on making for your family and friends. As you do your food shopping for your Easter Dinner, the pantry would be so grateful if you could throw in a few other items that will help us fill our bags. Any and every donation helps!!
* Canned mushroom soup
* Canned fruit cocktail
* Canned fried onions
* Dinner Rolls
* Chicken gravy
* Easter cookies or desserts
* Ranch salad dressing
* Easter treats/candy for kids
* Spring/Easter napkins

We are truly blessed to be part of a community that cares so deeply for one another and opens its heart to those who are struggling. 💙 Apshawa Elementary School recently donated not just a few items, but a carload and more to the WMPC Community Pantry!

This wonderful effort was organized by the Student Council, with the support of teacher Lisa Ruffo. Through their generosity, students donated items that will undoubtedly bring smiles to the faces of children and parents throughout our community.

Whether there’s “something in the water” or this community simply gets it, one thing is clear—caring and sharing are at the heart of who we are. ❤️
Thank you to all the students who participated and helped make a meaningful difference!

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our dear friend and faithful member, Phyllis Elaine Wilson.
Phyllis’s life was deeply rooted in the West Milford Presbyterian Church. She joined our church as a young teenager and remained devoted throughout her life—teaching Sunday School, serving in the Dorcas Circle, faithfully fulfilling the role of Deacon, and joyfully participating in all aspects of church life.
During a difficult season in her own life, the WMPC Community Pantry supported Phyllis, a kindness she never forgot. In gratitude, the pantry became her personal mission, and she gave generously of her time and resources to ensure others received the same care and compassion she once experienced.
A memorial service celebrating Phyllis’s life will be led by Rev. Dr. Christopher Doyle on December 19 at 11:00 AM at the West Milford Presbyterian Church. The church is handicap accessible. A light repast will follow in the Fellowship Hall.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Phyllis’s memory may be made to the WMPC Community Food Pantry, 1452 Union Valley Road, West Milford, NJ 07480.
Phyllis will be deeply missed, and we give thanks to God for her life, her faith, and her enduring legacy of service and love.
