Hello Garden Grazer's,
I know it has been a while, Jason and I are so thankful for your prayers and your support while we have been away. The countless messages we received were truly humbling and blessed us more than you know. We want to thank you for your continued support for the time we were at Aves' Place , Lily's Herbs & More and Jacquie's Artisan Bakery. With a heavy heart we have decided to no longer move forward with our business and just focus on what started the Garden of Feeding. As many of you may know we originally started as a homeless ministry feeding, loving and helping the local homeless however we could in St Augustine and Jacksonville FL.
We moved back to Brevard county (our hometown) to help out with my family and started sharing our love for making food with you too. We then opened our business here in Melbourne to help support our mission. Unfortunately, this took more time away from our homeless friends then we could spend helping them. We no longer were spending that quality time with our friends, we felt more like a drive thru. We would drive by or stop real quick to hand out food and hurry up home to get ready for the next service day. We poured such love and care in preparing our delicious meats, cheeses and desserts for you all, for us to share that kind of passion it takes up quite a lot of time. While we loved serving our customers it was breaking our hearts, not to wholeheartedly be there for our homeless friends like we once were.
Our hearts were truly made to serve and care for others friends, and we have to do what God has called us to do. As much as we love and miss all of you, our amazing customers, we have chosen the path some may not quite understand. Thank you all so very much for being a part of our unforgettable time serving you here in Brevard. You all have brought such joy into our lives and we will miss you terribly. May God bless you each and every day. We hope to see you again someday but for now we have to say goodbye. We will now be using our platforms to share our homeless ministry and would love for you to stay and see what we do. Feel free to share with your friends and family what's happening with the Garden of Feeding and our local homeless to bring awareness to this dire situation. We need your help to spread this message, our mission was built on love from strangers thank you for being here for it.
Sincerely,
Jason & Danielle Bond
