Tammy serves in Quest Kids and SO much more! She's one of those Teammies who always seems to be connecting people, lending a hand, and making things happen!

She's dedicated, nurturing, and a natural connector who has a heart for bringing people together and making everyone feel like they belong. Whether she's pouring into our kids or helping wherever she's needed, Tammy makes a difference!

🌱 This is what Sunday looks like.

Gathering with friends, meeting someone new, lifting our voices in worship, and making room for God to work in our lives. Growing in faith is something we get to do together, and Sundays are a chance to encourage one another along the way.

This Sunday, Pastor Gregg kicked off Becoming with New Beginnings, exploring Isaiah 43:19 and how God can begin changing something within us long before our circumstances look different.

The invitation was simple: release what keeps us living in the past, recognize what God has already begun, and respond with a faithful next step. Like a rearview mirror, our past can help us understand where we’ve been—but it can’t lead us where we’re going.

Maybe that next step is making room for prayer, finding someone to grow alongside, or saying yes to an opportunity to serve. Whatever it looks like, we can encourage each other as we become who God is calling us to be.

⏪ Trust Issues? Check the History.

It’s easy to forget what God has already brought you through when the next hard thing is staring you in the face.

The uncertainty gets loud. Your confidence gets shaky. And suddenly, you’re wondering how this is going to work out.

In Sunday’s message, The One Where We Learn to Trust, Pastor Gregg reminded us to take a trip down memory lane. Remember the answered prayers, the unexpected provision, and the times God helped you through something you thought might take you under.

🎉 TEAMMIE SPOTLIGHT — EDDIE! 🎉

Hey Quest! For this week’s Teammie Spotlight, we’re celebrating Eddie Kolota! ❤️

Growing in faith means so much more when you have someone walking beside you, and Eddie gives his time to be that person for others. Through leading a group, serving with Alpha, and being a YES Partner in our one-on-one discipleship program, he invests in people and their next steps with Jesus.

Eddie also serves on our First Impressions Team, helping welcome people into our Quest community. We’re thankful for the genuine care and faithfulness he brings to serving, whether he’s greeting someone on Sunday or growing alongside them over time.

Eddie, thank you for showing up, caring for people, and being such an amazing Teammie! We appreciate you more than you know, and we couldn’t do it without you! ❤️🙌

🎡 You Trust That Ride… But Not God?

We’ll put our kids on a ride at the county fair, watch their feet fly through the air, and trust that everything’s going to hold together.

But when God asks us to take a step into the unknown? Suddenly, we need all the details. 😂

We don’t need to understand every bolt on that ride before we climb aboard. So why do we need God to explain every detail before we’ll take the next step?

Trusting Him can mean stepping outside our comfort zone before we know how everything will turn out. We don’t know what tomorrow holds, but He knows what’s around the corner.

🙌 This is what Sunday looks like.

Familiar faces, new connections, voices lifted in worship, and another opportunity to grow together. Sundays at Quest remind us how much it matters to have people beside us as we learn to follow Jesus.

This Sunday, Pastor Gregg wrapped up Friends: Because No One Does Life Alone with The One Where We Learn to Trust, exploring Psalm 37:3–5 and how trust deepens our relationships with God and one another.

When the room went dark, we got a memorable picture of how trust can feel: we can’t always see what’s around the corner, but we can still take the next step.

The challenge was to remember God’s faithfulness and put trust into action. Whether that means opening up to a friend, stepping into community, or giving God an area we’ve been holding back, deeper relationships begin with a willingness to move closer.

We’ve spent these weeks learning to show up for one another, love, forgive, and trust—and those are steps we get to keep taking together.
