WOW... What an incredible day! 🎉❤️

The 2026 West Liberty Summer Street Market & Car Show was everything we hoped for and more! From the moment the gates opened until the fireworks lit up the night sky, Lions Park was filled with smiling faces, amazing vendors, delicious food, beautiful cars, live music, and a true sense of community.

Thousands of visitors came together to shop small, support local businesses, enjoy incredible food trucks, browse handcrafted goods, admire stunning vehicles, and spend quality time with family and friends. The energy throughout the park was contagious, and it was wonderful to see our community come together for a day of fun, laughter, and hometown pride.

A heartfelt thank you goes out to our sponsors, vendors, food trucks, entertainers, volunteers, the West Liberty Lions Club, our public safety personnel, and everyone who attended. Because of your support, this event continues to grow while helping the West Liberty Business Association invest back into our community through local projects and scholarships for graduating seniors at West Liberty-Salem High School.

What an incredible evening celebrating the grand opening of Friendship Alley! 🎉

A heartfelt thank you to the Logan County Visitors Bureau, the Village of West Liberty, and our dedicated WLBA Board Members — Heather Chamberlain , Linda Vernon, Katie Neer , Tami Cox , Allison Wygal, Jacob Vitt and Brittany McElroy — for their vision, hard work, and commitment to making this project a reality.

We are also grateful to our community partners who helped make the event so special: 🎶 River Radio for providing the music 🍿 Civista Bank for providing popcorn 🌭 Hound Dogs Food Truck for serving a delicious dinner 🎨 The Village Hippy for bringing the fun with tie-dye activities

Friendship Alley is more than just a space—it's an investment in our community. While this project is just getting started, we look forward to continuing to develop and enhance the area over the coming years, creating a place where families, friends, neighbors, and visitors can gather, connect, and make memories.

🎉 Friendship Alley Grand Opening & Ribbon Cutting
Join the West Liberty Business Association as they celebrate the opening of Friendship Alley, a brand-new gathering space in downtown West Liberty! Enjoy the ribbon cutting with the Logan County Chamber & Visitors Bureau, food from Hound Dogs Food Truck, music, and a family-friendly atmosphere. Friendship Alley has been transformed from a working alley into a welcoming space for our community to gather, relax, and connect.

From vendors and food trucks to quarter midget racing, live entertainment, classic cars, and fireworks at dusk, there will be something for everyone!
