Purdue Investment Club is a not for profit organization which seeks to educate potential investors on the fundamentals of investing in the stock market. The Purdue Investment Club will give students a hands-on experience in the stock market with the opportunity of real money trading. To ensure wise purchases:
a. We will first educate club members on investing in the stock markets. Second, we will
consider inviting guest speakers, who will range from alumni to current professors that are willing to teach our students about the fundamentals of investing and investing strategies. c. Along with guest speakers, our plan is to attain stock market knowledge by offering various trips to visit the Chicago Board Options Exchange and the New York Stock Exchange.
