Core Foundation Core World Foundation is focus on food security, protection of environment, protection of emblematic animals and economic development.

Core Foundation is an organization that helps reach 15 of the 17 global goals. Core Foundation is working with 15 universities in Peru and brings them together with public universities in the United States to work as a team to bring solutions, bring technology, innovation and knowledge transfer in a more efficient way. Our first big project is the creation and development of a technology park in w

hich Purdue University from Indiana and Universidad Nacional San Agustin of Arequipa-Peru are coming together to build centers that will tackle the issues of water, mining, soil and environment. Macro problems in Peru will be solved with the world in mind, creating social change, food security, clean water, and green mining technology that can then be replicated in all of Latin America and the world. We are creating opportunities for Peruvians to create their own wealth and close the social gap. We are also creating opportunities in the United States connecting it to a new market in need of their technology and experience thus creating many new jobs in both countries. The impact of Core Foundation has been bigger that we have ever imagined, and we can see that we are on the right track.

Este convenio académico representa una alianza estratégica que potenciará la formación de los estudiantes, proporcionando acceso a recursos avanzados y programas de capacitación especializados en la industria minera. Los beneficiarios tendrán la oportunidad de participar en proyectos innovadores, prácticas profesionales y talleres impartidos por expertos del sector, lo que les permitirá adquirir habilidades prácticas y conocimientos actualizados. The last Tuesday September 27, the Ambassador of Peru Roberto Rodriguez held a meeting with Mr. Marc G. Serré, Member of Parliament, who serves as Parliamentary Secretary of the Minister of Official Languages, and who is the current Chair of the Canadian Section of ParlAmericas.

At the meeting they had the opportunity to speak about the many aspects of the bilateral relationship between Peru and Canada, highlighting the commitment that both countries share in the promotion of democratic values and institutions in the hemisphere, in connection with the next General Assembly of the Organization of American States (OAS) in Lima-Peru on the next week; as well as the important relationship in terms of cooperation between the two countries.
