👨‍🍳🍽️ Something Exciting Is Cooking at Holmes County GentleBrook! 🍽️👨‍🍳

We are excited to welcome Keith Gilbert, son of Luella Byler, Director of ADS Holmes County, who will be joining us on Monday to teach a fun and interactive cooking class! 🥘❤️

Keith is a 2025 graduate of the Culinary Department at Medina County Career Center and is currently continuing his education in college, pursuing studies in Restaurant Management and Culinary Arts! 🎓👨‍🍳

🌟 Fun Fact! Keith is also featured as a guest in Season 3, Episode 2 of Kitchen Nightmares, available on Hulu! How exciting is that?! 📺🍴

We are thrilled for our individuals to have this opportunity to learn new cooking skills, get creative in the kitchen, and enjoy a hands-on experience with Keith!

Today HC GentleBrook got to watch one of our own ride his horse at Heartbeats and Hooves! Heartbeats and Hooves is a non-profit equine therapy organization located in neighboring Apple Creek, that focuses on delivering free equine-assisted therapy and safe horse interactions for special-needs children, infants, and adults dealing with physical, mental, and emotional challenges like anxiety🌟 Thank you for providing such an amazing opportunity to our individuals! 🌟

Today we stirred up some fun while making homemade chicken tortilla soup! 🥣❤️ Everyone had the opportunity to participate, practice cooking skills, work together, and enjoy the delicious results!
