A great day for tech diplomacy in Bucharest!

The Krach Institute was proud to bring together leaders of the Romanian and Ukrainian Parliamentary Trusted Tech Caucuses, alongside fellow lawmakers and government officials, to strengthen regional cooperation.

A special thank you to Pavlo Frolov, Co-Chair of the Ukrainian Trusted Tech Caucus, and Diana Stoica, Co-Chair of the Romanian Trusted Tech Caucus, for their leadership and vision of a Black Sea region where technology advances freedom.

We welcome the BUCHAREST DECLARATION ON TRUSTED TECH CAUCUS COOPERATION, which lays the groundwork for closer collaboration on AI, cybersecurity, and digital resilience, in alignment with the Global Trusted Tech Standard (xGTT).

Both Romanian and Ukrainian people feel the value of freedom in their bones. Their growing tech partnership will strengthen the entire free world.
