The Krach Institute for Tech Diplomacy at Purdue announced today a new strategic partnership with Keyfactor, a leader in digital trust for modern enterprises, to protect the free world’s global networks from future quantum threats.

“Post-quantum cryptography is one of the most important security transitions of our time,” said our CEO Michelle Giuda. “This is not just a technical upgrade. It’s about protecting financial systems, critical infrastructure, and trusted communications across the U.S. and our allies. Getting this right is essential to ensuring that emerging technologies strengthen, not undermine, freedom.”

Yesterday, the Krach Institute hosted a high-level allied roundtable, “Allied Pathways for Trusted Connectivity,” at the House of Sweden, connecting top government, industry, and diplomatic leaders to align the strategy for the ex*****on of the 2026 White House Memorandum, “Winning the 6G Race.”

The program featured opening remarks from Ambassador Urban Ahlin Embassy of Sweden in USA, a keynote by Adam Cassady, Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary at the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA), and a fireside chat that brought together our Chairman Keith Krach, CTO of Ericsson, Erik Ekudden, and Sweden’s Special Envoy for International Cyber and Digital Affairs Ambassador Carl Magnus Eriksson.

The message on connectivity from Keith Krach was clear: “We need to get aligned, and it starts with the United States and Sweden.” Senior cross-sector leaders from U.S. Department of Commerce, U.S. Department of State, Intel, Qualcomm, the Aerospace Industries Association, The Boeing Company, Saab, Ericsson, Deloitte, and various other industry and government partners engaged in a focused dialogue on what the 6G race entails, domestic and international harmonization policies, and the consequences of innovation for government and industry.

More to come as we race towards 6G!
