Cheer and football registration wrap up Sunday, June 21!!

Volleyball and Soccer signups will remain open into July!

WJYAA’s Fall sports registration is open!!

⭐️Cheer and Football (Flag & Tackle) will be closing next week on June 21.
⭐️A waitlist will be started for each tackle football team (JV & Varsity) once their roster reaches 25 participants. The Commissioner and Coaches will evaluate the waitlist once signups are complete.
⭐️Soccer and Volleyball registration will stay open a few weeks into July.

‼️‼️UPDATE: What is the purpose of the roster waitlist?

A crucial part of preparing for the season is having families complete their registrations on time. When many registrations come in during the final days, it can create additional challenges for our volunteers who are working hard behind the scenes to get everything ready.

Our goal is never to turn anyone away. Rather, the waitlist approach helps us thoughtfully manage team sizes and ensure we have an accurate understanding of how many athletes are interested in participating. This allows us to plan effectively and provide the best possible experience for every player. Do not be discouraged if your athlete is waitlisted, this is simply being used for planning purposes as we organize our teams.

If payment is deterring you from registering your athlete for any sport, please know you can select an option to pay later and our Treasurer will work with you to make payment arrangements that work for your family.
