March 21st 2021 will mark 11 years since we tragically lost Lexi to su***de. In the weeks and months after her death, we formed the Alexis Pilkington Memorial Foundation in her name and committed to keeping her memory and spirit alive through su***de prevention and awareness. Over the last decade, our foundation has raised money through various fundraisers, awarded $41,000 in scholarships to local Long Island students and given support to local and national su***de prevention and awareness organizations.

After careful thought and consideration, we have decided to discontinue the foundation along with the scholarship opportunities associated with it. Throughout the years we have awarded these scholarships to many deserving Long Island students and we couldn't be more proud of each and every one of them. Being a piece of their story and bright future has been immensely rewarding and it is not without sadness that we bring this chapter to a close.

We thank each and every one of you for your overwhelming generosity, support, friendship and love over the last eleven years. It has been quite a run and we couldn't be more grateful.
