HAROLD L. ANDERSON FAMILY FOUNDATION LION FOR LIFE AWARD

The Harold L. Anderson Family Foundation is honored to be taking part in the Class of 2026
Senior Awards ceremony on Thursday, June 9, 2026. Two (2) awards will be presented in the
amount of $1,000 each to deserving recipients based on the criteria detailed below. Those
wishing to apply may complete and return the attached application and essay to the West Islip High School scholarship committee or directly to the Harold L. Anderson Family Foundation at: [email protected]. The deadline for submission is Friday, May 8, 2026.

Criteria:
The Harold L. Anderson Family Foundation Lion For Life Award is presented to a Udall Road Middle School graduate and West Islip High School senior who demonstrates outstanding character and represents the best of West Islip Schools. The recipient is a well-rounded student who consistently demonstrates high effort in the classroom, in their extra-curricular activities, and serves as a positive role model in the community.
