Fit Girl Club was founded in 2015 to find other like-minded women in LA to work out with at local studios, hiking trails or beaches. The community has grown to over 5,000 women living in LA and we have launched several city chapters since then with members becoming city leaders! Every month we host sponsored meet ups, fundraisers and shopping parties. Our main goal is to support women in business, fitness, health and beauty.

Join us at White Rabbit in The Valorian for Rise & Flow with a live soundtrack:

🧘🏾‍♀️ Fana Minea Tesfagiorgis leads the flow. She’s a dancer, actor, and yoga instructor who has toured the world with the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater. Fana blends Vinyasa with Dance, Pilates, and Gyrokinesis. Her flows build strength, release stress, and let you meet yourself exactly where you are.

🎶 Ben Williams plays live. He’s a Grammy Award–winning jazz bassist, vocalist, composer, and bandleader who has performed with Pat Metheny, David Sanborn, Robert Glasper, and Kamasi Washington.

Movement and live music in one room. 🫶🏾

Studio Spotlight: HEATED ROOM 🔥

Infrared heat, body-sculpting movement, and a room that leaves you breathless and ready for round two. That’s Heated Room, and it’s one of our favorite spots in West Hollywood.

Their WeHo studio has been building community for 5 years, and one of the people who makes it special is Amber Cardullo. Amber teaches there, and she just led a class at White Rabbit. We loved having her and her energy in the space. 🧡

Saturday just got a strong, sweaty glow-up!✨

Join Amber Cardullo this Saturday at 10am at White Rabbit Sky Lounge for a yoga class that doesn’t play it safe — half standing flow, half mat work, all burn. Faster paced, core-focused, and set to a beat that keeps the energy up (obviously — Amber’s a Sculpt girl at heart). All levels welcome, modifications offered throughout.

When she’s not teaching at Heated Room, coaching at Pvolve + CorePower, or repping as a Vuori V1 Leader, she’s writing fashion editorials, mixing cocktails, or chasing sun.

200-hour certified, LA-based, 3 years deep in the practice. Nina’s classes blend strength and flow, pulling from her background in running and powerlifting and her own spiritual journey — upbeat, grounded, no fluff.

She’s also the founder of ‘and that’s ok’, where she builds community through classes and events across LA. This Saturday, we’re bringing that energy to White Rabbit — and celebrating her birthday while we’re at it. 🎉

Right down the street and worth the walk. 627 N Robertson — the gym that’s had half of Hollywood sweating next to A-listers since it landed on the west side.

Industrial-luxe, no fluff. Boxing ring, sled pulls, garage doors that open up into a full outdoor training yard. This is not a treadmill-and-mirror situation.

First timer? Here’s the move:
→ Start with the Intro Session ($250) or the Intro 3-Pack ($600) — best way to feel it out before committing
→ Book through their site, not a walk-in
→ Come 10 min early, they’ll get you settled before your trainer grabs you
→ Layers on — AC’s not playing around
